CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

'From supporting the local community to minimising our environmental impact, our aim is to ensure our actions have a positive impact on society'

Ottimo's sustainability culture: creating a positive social impact: At Ottimo, we are committed to the Equality Act 2010, Social Value Act 2012 and Modern Slavery Act 2015, and strive to fully embrace a sustainability culture which supports each of those Acts' principles which are embedded within our procedures and requirements, documented in our Integrated Management System and compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

At its core, our culture seeks to encourage Human Resource Management (HRM) to rise beyond its traditional focus on shareholder value and develop more policies and practices with long-term social value in mind. To that end, we believe it imperative to view each member of our entire talent pipeline as key HRM stakeholders - each a driving force for sustainability - rather than solely as a means to achieving the organisational bottom line. The integration of employee perspectives and needs is integral to our sustainability culture and how it should be expressed in our policies and practices.
